 Our staff are extremely well-trained and have years of experience behind their back. They work as a team and leave no stones unturned in terms of providing A-class service. Our family takes pride from serving the guests. And hearing back from them makes us extra happy.

“Recently I had the opportunity to visit Country Roads resort in Howrah. It's near the Dhulagor toll plaza, an hour's drive from Shyambazar through Dunlop, Bally, Salap & Chamrail.

After our daughter class eight final exams, we intended to go for a very short weekend trip to a place close to Kolkata. After searching the internet we contacted the marketing manager of the resort, Mr. Swarup Bhattacharya.

He was extremely helpful. On his advice we had booked a pool bed room with king size bed. The all inclusive price he gave us included luch, dinner, breakfast with GST.  

We arrived at the resort on the morning of the 10th of March, and although we had reached a little earlier than the check in time, the room was ready. The front office staff under the leadership of Mr. Uttam ensured a seamless check in.

The room was very spacious with a clear view of the pool from one window and a view of the activity area from the other window. The bathroom was simply huge with most modern fittings. The king size bed was comfortable and an additional bed was provided for our daughter. Even then there was much free space in the room.

Next, the food was simply awesome. The dinning room staff with their leader Mr. Shubhas did a splendid job. The  The buffet luch that was served was lip smacking. There were a lot of items and all of them tasted good.  The dinner and the breakfast, on the 11th, too was great.

The swimming pool was a big one and very well maintained. The baby pool beside the main one was also very attractive. The seating arrangement around the pool, the locker rooms and the washrooms were very neat.

The resort also boasts of a bar that does not serve watered down drinks and all major labels are available. The housekeeping staff and the cleaning staff too deserves a mention in keeping the resort spic and span.

All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay with the desire to go back once more.”
