Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Amendments/Cancellations of the booking should be done at least 72 hours prior to Check-in and one night room rent will be charged if any cancellation is done less than 72 hours prior to Check-in. The booking amount paid will be forfeited in full if any cancellations are done less than 24 hours prior to check-in. In case of amendments, balance amount if any has to be adjusted at hotel upon Check In. Refund for cancellations, if any will be processed within following 7(seven) working days. In case of No-show there will be No Refund. Black-out dates are applicable. No refund for any cancellation on such dates even within declared norms. Black-Out dates: Durgapuja Holydays, all week-ends (Saturday/Sunday) in December and January, New Year Eve, New Year day, 23rd to 26th January, 15th August ,Holy.
